Area description
The promising area of Shekvetili is located on the eastern coast of the Black Sea, ca 25 kilometres north of the BATUMI resort. There is a famous beach extending from a pine grove and the beach is made of black magnetic sand with healing powers. The eastern area of the Black Sea is a favourite holiday destination for visitors from Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia. The area is popular particularly for its renowned Georgian hospitability.
Project description
The project is located in the tourist area of Shekvetili on the coast of the Black Sea. The development is only 100 meters from the sea and it is surrounded by full-grown pines that offer protection against summer heat. The apartment house with balconies is designed to satisfy the requirements of families who come to the seaside to relax. The decision to build another house in the same location stemmed from growing interest in new apartments.
Construction
The building has a ferroconcrete skeleton with concrete block lining; it is a five-story building with an elevator. There are 25 standard apartments with the possibility to change the disposition according to individual wishes. Each apartment is equipped with heating and air-condition. The ground floor is meant to accommodate commercial premises, such as a shop or other services for inhabitants or tourists. The surrounding area has a parking lot and a playground for children.
The total plot area is 1 200 m2 and there will the total of 2 200 m2 of residential and 175 m2 of commercial floor areas.
Launching of the construction is planned for the second half of 2016.
