On November 14, 2017, an event at the occasion of handing over of the housing complex B5 took place in Shekvetili, Georgia. This event also included a presentation of other interesting projects.

The completion of the B5 project was celebrated by handing the building over to the investors. The house will be used by tourists and by locals, who want to relax and enjoy themselves in this unique area with sand beaches that have magnetic properties.

New projects for 2018 were introduced at this event.

A wooden cross was consecrated on this festive occasion that is now placed in front of the building.

The event was attended by a representative of the local region, the investors and the employees of the L&R Company.
