In January, the L & R Company concluded a cooperation contract with the company CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD.

The two companies will cooperate in several areas. The experience of CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD will be used in planning services and parameters of new projects, so that the buildings suit the users to the largest extent possible.

The partner company will be the business representative of the L&R Company in all countries except the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and it will also ensure the operation of all tourist facilities.
