Project description
The project is located in the area of Shekvetili on the coast of the Black Sea which is sought-after by tourists. The Shekvetili area gained the status of a tourist zone supported by the state. The state funds the construction of a sewerage system, roads and parking lots.
Due to growing interest in development projects in the Black Sea area and to increasing prices of residential and commercial premises, the L & R Company Ltd. has decided to build a second house in the Shekvetili area.
The project is to be launched in December 2016.
Construction
The building is designed using ferroconcrete skeleton and walls made from concrete blocks.
